For a price 30% to 50% cheaper than a hotel room, you can enjoy the comfort of one bedroom apartment (40 m2) located in the heart of the charming district of Montmartre.
The price for one week (7 nights) is only 590€ namely only 84€ per night.
As this apartment can comfortably accommodate up to 4 people, it comes to only 21€ per person per night if you are a 4 people family.
This price includes the linen (sheets, pillowcases, towels), an unlimited access to a broadband Internet connection, unlimited phone calls to land line numbers of your home country...
For a stay below one week, the price is 95€ per night. Please note that the minimum stay is 4 nights.
This apartment combines a great location (you will find all amenities very close to the apartment: shops, supermarket, restaurants, bakeries... as well as a lot of things to visit like the Sacre Coeur) and a real quietness (it is turned on very large courtyard with an open view on the roofs of Paris).
Subway line n° 12 (Jules Joffrin or Lamarck Caulaincourt station) is at only 2 minutes by walk (200 meters), it enables to go in the center of Paris in hardly 15 minutes.
This apartment was totally refurbished in 2008. Completely furnished and equipped, it is located in a beautiful stone building. It is a typically Parisian apartment with mouldings and hardwood floors, made up of a living room, a kitchen, a bedroom, an independent bathroom and toilets.
The district of Montmartre offers a lot of place to visit: the Sacre Coeur Basilica of course but also the "Place du Tertre" and its painters, the Moulin Rouge, the Dali museum, the vineyard of Montmartre... and so much other things.
